About the Role: We have multiple roles available at the moment. We are looking for 2 casual Physiotherapist & 2 full time Physiotherapist.

This specialised role was created to provide assessment and management of Physiotherapy services and activities to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Some of the key duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide holistic assessments of clients identifying physiotherapy needs, provide initial assessments, physiotherapy planning and create care plans
- Building client rapport and providing amazing customer service
- Develop and implement exercise programs and report changes in client’s health status
- Ensure a high quality of service and safety of all clients all around Melbourne
While performing the duties of this position you will be expected to engage with clients and ensure they feel comfortable through relationship building and quality care.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team work skills
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A current Police Check
- Well developed problem solving and decision making skills
- A current Driver’s License and access to a reliable car
- Understanding of Duty of Care and respect the needs for confidentiality in dealing with participants and their families
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
